ChronoRead (“uygulama”) bir okuma alışkanlığı uygulamasıdır. Bu sayfa hangi verileri neden işlediğimizi ve haklarını açıklar.

Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, görünen ad ve giriş için gerekli kimlik doğrulama bilgileri (Firebase Authentication).
• Okuma verilerin: kitaplığın, sayfa ilerlemen, puan ve yorumların, yer imlerin, okuma oturumların, serin, XP ve rozetlerin, hedeflerin.
• Herkese açık profil: kullanıcı adı, görünen ad, avatar, biyografi, seri, XP, rozetler ve haftalık okuma süresi gibi alanlar diğer kayıtlı kullanıcılara görünebilir. E-posta adresin ve kişisel hedeflerin bu profile dahil değildir.
• Arkadaşlık bilgileri: gönderdiğin ve aldığın arkadaşlık istekleri.
• Kullanım istatistikleri: uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için Firebase Analytics ile anonim kullanım olayları (örneğin bir okuma oturumunun kaydedilmesi).
• Destek talepleri: bu sitedeki formu kullanırsan e-posta adresin, yazdığın mesajlar ve isteğe bağlı olarak verdiğin ad, kullanıcı adı, uygulama sürümü ve telefon modeli. Siteye giriş yaparak açtığın talepler hesabına bağlanır, böylece onları “Hesabım” sayfasında görebilirsin.
• Siteye giriş ve hesap oluşturma: bu sitede e-posta ve şifrenle hesap oluşturabilir, giriş yapabilir ya da Google hesabınla devam edebilirsin. Hesap uygulamayla ortaktır (aynı bilgilerle uygulamaya da girebilirsin) (Firebase Authentication) giriş yapabilirsin. Google ile ilk kez girersen hesabın otomatik oluşturulur; Google’dan yalnızca e-posta adresin ve adın alınır. Oturum bilgin yalnızca tarayıcında saklanır ve çıkış yapınca silinir. Google betikleri yalnızca “Google ile devam et” düğmesine bastığında yüklenir.
• Tarayıcı depolaması: tema, dil ve renk tercihin tarayıcında saklanır. Reklam ya da izleme amaçlı çerez kullanmayız.
• Beta listesi: sadece sen kaydolursan e-posta adresin.

Cihaz izinleri

• Kamera: yalnızca kitap barkodunu okumak için kullanılır. Görüntüler cihazında işlenir, sunucularımıza gönderilmez ya da saklanmaz.
• Bildirimler: isteğe bağlı günlük okuma hatırlatıcısı için. İstediğin zaman kapatabilirsin.
• İnternet: hesabını senkronize etmek ve kitap kataloğunu aramak için.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics): hesap, veri depolama ve istatistik.
• Google Books ve Open Library: kitap ararken yazdığın arama ifadesi bu servislere gönderilir.
• Cloudflare: bu web sitesini barındırır ve spam’e karşı koruma (Turnstile) sağlar.
• Verilerini reklam amacıyla satmayız ve paylaşmayız.

Verilerin nasıl kullanıldığı

Verilerini uygulamayı çalıştırmak, hesabını yönetmek, destek taleplerini yanıtlamak ve uygulamayı geliştirmek için kullanırız.

Saklama ve silme

Hesabını uygulamadan (Profil → Hesabı sil) ya da Hesap silme sayfasındaki adımlarla sildiğinde hesabına bağlı veriler silinir. Destek talepleri, talebi yönetmek için gerektiği süre boyunca saklanır; silinmesini talep edebilirsin.

Hakların

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkına sahipsin. Bunun için destek formunu kullanabilirsin.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

ChronoRead (the “app”) is a reading-habit app. This page explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are.

Data we collect

• Account information: email address, username, display name and the authentication data needed to sign in (Firebase Authentication).
• Your reading data: your library, page progress, ratings and reviews, bookmarks, reading sessions, streak, XP, badges and goals.
• Public profile: fields such as username, display name, avatar, bio, streak, XP, badges and weekly reading time may be visible to other registered users. Your email address and personal goals are not part of it.
• Friendship data: friend requests you send and receive.
• Usage statistics: anonymous usage events through Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (for example, that a reading session was saved).
• Support tickets: if you use the form on this site, your email address, your messages and, optionally, your name, username, app version and phone model. Tickets you open while signed in are linked to your account so you can see them on the “My account” page.
• Signing in and creating an account: you can create an account here with your email and password, sign in, or continue with your Google account. The account is shared with the app (you can sign in to the app with the same details) (Firebase Authentication). If you sign in with Google for the first time, an account is created automatically; only your email address and name are received from Google. Your session is stored only in your browser and is removed when you sign out. Google scripts load only when you press “Continue with Google”.
• Browser storage: your theme, language and color choices are stored in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Beta list: your email address, only if you sign up.

Device permissions

• Camera: used only to scan book barcodes. Images are processed on your device and are not sent to or stored on our servers.
• Notifications: for the optional daily reading reminder. You can turn it off any time.
• Internet: to sync your account and search the book catalog.

Third-party services

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics): account, data storage and statistics.
• Google Books and Open Library: the search text you type when looking for a book is sent to these services.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and provides spam protection (Turnstile).
• We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

How we use data

We use your data to run the app, manage your account, answer support requests and improve the app.

Retention and deletion

When you delete your account from the app (Profile → Delete account) or by following the steps on the Delete account page, the data tied to your account is deleted. Support tickets are kept for as long as needed to handle the request; you can ask for them to be deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Use the support form to exercise them.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
